Who this is for

  • Businesses spending £10k to £1m a month on paid search who want a senior person, not a team.
  • In-house teams who need a lead they cannot yet hire.
  • Founders who have run the account themselves and know it has outgrown them.

What Joseph does differently

Most PPC management is optimisation of what is already there. Joseph starts from the business. What is the margin on each product line? What does a customer cost to serve? How long until they pay back? The account is then built to those numbers, so the bidding works towards profit and not towards a ROAS figure that looks good in a dashboard.

The second difference is who does the work. Agencies sell you a team, and the work lands with the most junior person on it. Joseph does the work himself. He has run search agency side and client side for nineteen years, and he has reviewed the output of more agencies than he can count. He knows what gets hidden in a monthly deck.

How it works

  1. A thirty-minute call. You describe the account, Joseph says what he would look at first.
  2. A review of the account if it is large or messy, so the plan starts from evidence.
  3. A written plan and a fixed monthly price.
  4. Weekly working sessions and a one-page monthly report.

What it is not

Joseph does not run paid search for businesses that cannot measure a sale. If your tracking is broken, the measurement work comes first.
